Russia allocated USD110m to help arm exporters


(MENAFN) The Russian government said it has allocated USD110 million to help arms exporters service loans from domestic banks, a further sign of state support for firms hit by financial crisis, The Peninsula Qatar reported.

The government said it has taken further steps to support state companies and banks and to stabilize the rouble, but analysts are pessimistic on the outlook for the country's economy and currency.

Russia added that it had pledged subsidies for Russian exporters of military purposes goods, with support amount of USD45.41 million in 2015 and USD 46.04 million the year after.
