(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Supreme Commander of Bahrain Defense Forces Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmad Al Khalifa extolled the responsible stance of GCC states in addressing the growing challenges facing the region.
Sheikh Khalifa also underlined the importance of unity among Gulf Cooperation Council states and coordination among GCC militaries.
These remarks were made by Sheikh Khalifa during his meeting with Kuwaiti Ambassador in Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah.
The meeting also tackled means to develop the historic relations between Kuwait and Bahrain.
For his part, Sheikh Azzam said that Kuwaiti-Bahraini relations are strong and deeply-rooted thanks to the wisdom of the leadership of two Gulf countries.
