Egyptian, Kuwaiti endowments ministers inaugurate dialysis unit in Cairo


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Minister of Islamic Endowments Mohammad Mokhtar Jomaa and visiting Kuwaiti Minister of Justice and Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yaqoub Al-Sanea inaugurated on Sunday an Al Doaah Hospital's dialysis unit, affiliated with the ministry.

On this occasion, Minister Al-Sanea stressed in his speech the depth of links and solidness of ties of mutual cooperation between the two countries.

Ties of cooperation between Kuwait and Egypt on both popular and official levels is a model that could be followed, he said, adding that Kuwait always looks forward to further cooperation with Egypt in all domains.

For his part, Minister Jomaa thanked Kuwait for equipping the dialysis unit, stressing the importance of building bridges of cooperation between the two countries at all levels.

He at the same time commended fruitful and constructive relations between the two countries under the wise leadership of them, underling the unity of joint destiny.

The Cairo-based Kuwaiti Office for Charity Projects (KOCP), affiliated with Zakat House, equipped the unit of dialysis with required medical devices in the framework of cooperation protocol between Egyptian and Kuwaiti ministries of endowments.
