(MENAFN) Dubai's Danube Properties announced that it will be investing USD81.6 million on its affordable luxury apartment project 'Glitz by Danube', Arabian Business reported.
The project will include 300 apartment units in a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom properties, as well as a swimming pool, roof top golf course, kid's play area cum party hall, leisure deck with a barbeque station and a health club and will be constructed in Dubai Studio City close to the proposed Village Centre.
Danube Properties, the property arm of Danube Group, said that this is the second project it launches within six month, after it had launched its first project Dreamz by Danube', which was worth USD136.12 million.
