(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Russia said Saturday it will deliver coal and
electricity to Ukraine without advanced payment to help the country
meet its energy needs, dpa reported.
'This proves President [Vladimir] Putin's political goodwill to
provide support for Ukrainians, particularly before New Year,'
presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told state news agency TASS.
