Israeli Reconnaissance Planes Violate Lebanese Airspace


(MENAFN- QNA) Two Israeli reconnaissance planes breached yesterday (Friday) at 6:00 a.m. the Lebanese airspace over the town of Alma Shaab effectuating the usual u-turn manoeuvre above the areas of Riyak and Baalbek.

The breach lasted till 1:00 a.m, when the hostile planes left towards the occupied territories, according to a communique by the Army Guidance Directorate Department carried by National News Agency (NNA).

Earlier, another reconnaissance aircraft violated the Lebanese airspace at 14:50 p.m. over the town of Nakoura carrying out circular flights above Beirut and its suburbs.

The Israeli plane then left Lebanese airspace at 22:50 p.m. , the communique concluded.
