Volkswagen, Chrysler, GM recall defective units in China


(MENAFN) According to China's top quality watchdog, Volkswagen, Chrysler and General Motors are to recall units in the mainland of China over fuel leak defects, Xinhua reported.

The recall includes 112 Volkswagen Beatles 2.0T were manufactured between July 10, 2014 and Nov. 1, 2014, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) said.

The recall also includes 3,369 Chrysler Grand Cherokee were produced between Jan. 5, 2010 and July 20, 2011 and 80 General Motors Cadillac Escalade manufactured between May 10, 2011 and May 13, 2011.
