(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Mufti of the Lebanese Republic stressed that Lebanon highly appreciates the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leaders and people.
He added that he is fully aware that Lebanon is at the heart of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that Arab and Islamic issues are at the forefront of the interest of the Custodian of the Two concerns Mosques.
Sheikh Abdullatif Daryan emphasized the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's great role in prompting Arab and Muslim unity and helping Arabs and Muslims.
He commended the achievements made in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of the major expansion of the Two Holy Mosques, highlighting its commitment to the performance of its duty in the care for the conditions of Muslims and Arabs.
The Mufti of the Lebanese Republic said, 'We affirm in Lebanon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that we are against extremism and terrorism and that Arab societies must be secure and stable.
