(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Kuwaiti Ambassador to Albania Najib Al-Bader at Bayan Palace on Monday.
The Ambassador presented His Highness with the new Albanian postage stamp bearing the picture of His Highness the Amir, in appreciation of the Kuwaiti-Albanian relations.
The stamp issue represents the strong political relations between the two countries, said Al-Bader, noting that it is the first time where Albania issues a stamp representing any world leader.
The recent visit of the Albanian Prime Minister to Kuwait resulted in further cooperation in all fields between the two countries, said the Ambassador.
Meanwhile, he noted the projects executed by Kuwait in Albania on state and private levels since 1991, the private sector's contribution to Albanian tourism and agriculture we well as the humanitarian aid.
