UAE and Japan discuss security cooperation

(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM))  Lieutenant-General Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, and Yoshihiko Kamo, Ambassador of Japan, have discussed ways of boosting cooperation and coordination between the two countries in the field of police work and security, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.

The meeting was attended by Lt. Colonel Khamis Al Kaabi, Legal Advisor at the Office of the Assistant Under-Secretary for Naturalisation, Residency and Ports Affairs, and Major Abdul Rahman Mohammed Jawaad of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of the Interior.
