Sheikha Fatima: Youth joining national service embodies values of loyalty and a sense of belonging to homeland and leadership

Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood expressed her great satisfaction and happiness at seeing the sons and daughters of the nation compete with unrivalled enthusiasm to join the second batch in the ranks of national service.

Sheikha Fatima said, "I am proud of all the young men and women of the nation who have joined the second batch and who are lining up today to register in the march of honour and duty to answer the call of homeland." Sheikha Fatima stressed that "This great enthusiasm of the youth embodies the values of loyalty and deep belonging to the homeland and leadership, and the willingness of the sons and daughters of the nation to make sacrifice, seek redemption and shoulder responsibility in defending the country and protecting its gains.

In this context, Sheikh Fatima expressed her pride in the great developments witnessed by armed forces and their positive contribution in many areas, including in the arena of humanitarian work and in ensuring security and stability.
