(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's initiative to bring Egypt and Qatar together was hailed by a number of journalists, politicians, organizations and countries.
The Qatari newspaper of Al-Sharq said in an editorial today that the developments which took place yesterday to maintain the relations between Eqypt and Qatar could be considered a natural step within deepening the Arab solidarity in this critical stage facing the Arab nation.
The paper noted that the State of Qatar has welcomed the Saudi royal court's statement announcing the initiative of King Abdullah's initiative to bring about political rapprochement between Egypt and Qatar, a step Qatar described as reflecting the wisdom of the monarch and his dedicated approach to help unite the Arab nation.
Al-Sharq confirmed that Qatar will continue support for Egypt in all times and exert whatever efforts in the welfare of the Egyptian people.
