Cory and Jessica B. from Milford IL had built the HPG-2067B-1 home and had this to say: "We have lived in our current two bedroom one bath 988 square foot home for 12 years. Since we moved in we've subsequently had 2 children. Making it a little cramped to say the least.
So we started looking at other homes. Not much caught our eye in our small town so we looked into a quality modular home but they only have so many options available.

The Forrest Woods one level house plans features an efficient floorplan layout with Country styling and includes many of the most requested home amenities and features.
The front and rear covered porches add usable outdoor living space and the great room offers a sloped trayed ceiling featuring a gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen has an island with an eating bar. The hall bath is equipped with a large linen closet for convenience.
In addition the master bedroom has a raised ceiling and opens into the master bath with dual lavatories jet tub and walk in closet. There is also a storage area located in the garage. Future space upstairs could be a playroom extra bedroom or just extra storage. The flex space could be used as a home office dining room or playroom.
