The Department of the Air Force: Air Force Materiel Command Posted a Bending the Cost Curve: PlugFest Plus Notice on FedBizOpp.gov

Rome New York/Dec 16 2014- The Air Force Research Lab announced a brand new notice on Bending the Cost Curve: PlugFest Plus. This new notice is available for reading at http://ow.ly/G8t1h.

This insightful notice on Bending the Cost Curve: PlugFest Plus is unique because it is the first PlugFest business opportunity notice posted. Its intent is to invite industry to participate in an industry day that will announce the first of many PlugFest Plus (PFP) solicitations and include some novel features such as a Plug Fest demonstration.

People not familiar with PlugFest will discover the three following new things that they never knew before: PlugFest Plus Seeks insight from COTS vendors interested parties can download a PlugFest White Paper and Fiscal Year 2015 will include a portfolio of rapid cycle open system component prototyping projects.

A PFP industry day scheduled for 20 Jan 2015 at George Mason University Fairfax VA will include an industry-led "Plug Fest" demonstration of the open system art-of-the-possible (see the Event Page at http://www.afei.org/events/Pages/default.aspx)
