The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Defense of Moldova, Valeriu Troenco and a number of senior officials at Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Higher Education Agriculture , heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Moldova , businessmen, clerics , political leaders and media persons .
