UAE's Enoc, Adnoc sign deal
(MENAFN) Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) announced it has signed an agreement with Adnoc Distribution for the transfer of 25 non-operational service station facilities in Sharjah to Adnoc Distribution's network, Emirates 24/7 reported.
Under the agreement, Adnoc Distribution will conduct the preliminary evaluation and the renovation of the 25 service stations in a phased manner, followed by the company beginning to rebrand the sites and then commence operations of the service stations under its own network, with the sites that that are being transferred to Adnoc being located at various areas across Sharjah.
"Through this strategic agreement, we are transferring for free our non-operational sites in Sharjah to Adnoc Distribution. The optimal use of these assets will benefit Adnoc Distribution in reducing the load of their existing network in the emirate," CEO of Enoc said.
