Turkey condemns "terrorist" attack on Pakistani school

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Turkey on Tuesday strongly condemned the "terrorist" attack against a school in the northern Pakistani city of Peshawar that killed some 141 people, including 132 children.

The foreign ministry, in a statement, regretted the killing of a large number of people including children.

"We strongly condemn this terrorist action that aimed at destabilizing security of Pakistan and its domestic stability," the ministry added.

Turkey affirms its support to Pakistan in the fight against terrorism, it said.

The attack that killed at least 141 people including 132 children has ended as security forces killed all seven militants that attacked an army-run school in Peshawar.
