Toddler Killed By Drunk Driver

(MENAFNEditorial)

A middle aged man was arraigned in court for slamming his truck into the back of a Subaru car which killed a passenger in it on the spot a 3 year old little boy. The owner of the Subaru who also happens to be the father of the deceased child said that he was waiting for some pedestrians to pass right before he heard a big bang at the back of his vehicle. “I immediately checked on the back seat where I had buckled my son- he was motionless” the mourning father says.

Although at first the case was recorded as automobile homicide and other several charges the defendant was finally charged for driving under the influence of alcohol. The case took a new turn after two eye witnesses testified. They said the truck driver after the accident came from the truck smelling like a bar and staggering.

The owner of the Subaru is still following with the insurance for financial recovery of the incident. This event is a quick reminder to all the residents of the State of Utah to always immediately seek the services of a competent Salt Lake City personal injury attorney in such events as this.
