(MENAFNEditorial) The professional development of the UAE's youth recently received a boost when the Capital Club, Dubai's premier private City Club and member of the ENSHAA group of companies, made a donation to INJAZ-UAE as part of their two year partnership. Injaz-UAE is a member of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, a partnership between the business community, educators and volunteers working together to empower young people to own their economic success.
Speaking about the Club's decision to support INJAZ-UAE, General Manager, Emma Cullen of Capital Club said, "The Club is really proud to be able to support the next wave of bright minds. It's important that the business community of Dubai is aware of the work INJAZ-UAE does. We are looking forward to bringing the stories of successful young people to our Members in 2015, through Club Events and Member participation. The team at Injaz-UAE is truly inspirational and we enjoy being part of this unique partnership".
Sulaf Saleh Al-Zu'bi from INJAZ-UAE remarked, "Today's students who have taken our programmes, have shown higher skills and abilities with a better understanding of the business world and how it works. This wouldn't be possible without the continuous support from companies like the Dubai Capital Club."
The Club's 2014 contribution towards INJAZ-UAE was derived from a percentage of the proceeds of its popular Masquerade Ball, its highly successful Hakkasan Celebrity Chef Dinner, as well as a portion of its daily Iftar dinners during the holy month of Ramadan. The cheque handover was also attended by three students currently enrolled in INJAZ-UAE's mentorship programmes, Maha Yagoot, Khalid Musad, and Mahmood Shanaa, who praised the Capital Club for their willingness to support the professional growth of the UAE's future leaders.
