Emirates Airline to upgrade Australian service

(MENAFN) Emirates Airline announced it is planning to upgrade its service to Perth, Australia with the introduction of A380 plane to its three-flights a day to the city starting May of next year, Gulf Business reported.

The upgraded service will be the fifth Australian service where the airline will operate an A380, in addition to its flights to Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne, and the doubly-daily A380s to Sydney, as well as being joined to the flights made by its partner Qantas, which flies to Dubai from Melbourne and Sydney, resulting in a combined seven daily flights between the UAE and Australia starting from May.

"For business and leisure travelers, the Dubai-Perth route is a popular choice and our new Emirates A380 service will be instrumental in helping the airline meet this growing passenger demand as well as deliver substantial economic benefits through travel connections and inbound seats," Emirates' Divisional SVP, Commercial Operations in East said.
