UAE's Kleindienst launches Sweden on Dubai's The World

(MENAFN) Developer Kleindienst Group announced it has launched the second phase of The Heart of Europe (THOE) development on Dubai's The World, which will include the Sweden Island comprising 10 villas, each with snow sauna rooms, Arabian Business reported.

According to the developer, each one of these villas will be home to seven bedrooms spread across four floors, a gym and spa, as well as entertainment space, private beach access and a private pool, thus resembling the Viking ships which represent the Swedish historical treasure, while the island itself will be home to an authentic floating restaurant, based on Stockholm's famous Saluhall Market.

Meanwhile, Kleindeinst Group said that its affiliate JK Bauen, which specializes in construction, has been appointed to carry out all of the construction and building work on Sweden Island, which is part of the six-man made islands Heart of Europe, with each island set to capture a different facet of Europe's unique character.

"We are extremely excited to announce Phase Two of The Heart of Europe and share details about Sweden Island. The island will not only be home to the finest Swedish architecture and design, but it will bring the best of Swedish culture and lifestyle to Dubai," CEO of Kleindienst Group said.
