(MENAFN- QNA) HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud met here today with Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting they discussed relations between the two countries and means of developing them in various fields and reviewed a number of matters of mutual concern.
At the close of the meeting an agreement on cooperation between the two countries in the legal field was initialed. The agreement was signed for the State of Qatar by HE the Minister of Justice Dr. Hassan Lahdan Saqr Al-Muhannadi and for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam by Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong
Vietnamese Ambassador to Qatar Nguyen Hoang attended the meeting.
HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs hosted a luncheon banquet in honour of the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation.
