WFP Thanks Custodian of the Two holy Mosques Due to His Relief Assistance


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency)  Ertharin Cousin, Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), has expressed thanks to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the generous contributions to assist refugees sheltering in Syria, Ethiopia and Kenya.
In a press statement, the UN official said 'these funds will go immediately to help people facing hunger and an uncertain future. We are extremely grateful for this assistance, which comes at a crucial moment for these refugees,' stressing that the compassion and commitment shown by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques will help to save the refugees, especially children, from the pain and debilitating effects of hunger.
