(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Tuesday thanked Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani for honoring him on the occasion of the UN honoring the Kuwaiti Amir as "Humanitarian Leader" and Kuwait as "Humanitarian Center." In a cable to Sheikh Tamim, His Highness the Amir thanked the Qatari Amir for the warm hospitality he and the official delegation accompanying him received during their stay in Doha and participation in the GCC's 35th Summit.
His Highness the Amir hoped the outcome of the summit would further boost relations among the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and contribute to serving Arab and Islamic causes.
