Bahrain's Manara to invest USD58.35m on housing project


(MENAFN) Bahrain's Manara Development said that it has invest USD58.35 million on its housing project ,Wahat Al Muharraq , which the company has already finished 50 percent of the final stage of its construction, Gulf Daily News reported.

The developer said it is on track to deliver the final phase of the project, which will include 58 attached villas currently being built, by June next year and that the project in total has 227 modern housing units.

Manara said that it has delivered all 30 units in the first phase of the project to their home owners and that the 139 units in phase two are expected to be delivered in March next year.
