Turkish Parliament speaker starts Jordan visit tomorrow


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency)  Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Cemil Cicek arrives in Amman on Monday at the head of a Turkish parliamentary delegation on the two-day visit to the Kingdom upon an official invitation from the Lower House of Parliament.
During the visit, the Turkish official will hold official talks with Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament, Atef Tarawneh, on bilateral ties as well as ways to further boost them, mainly in the parliamentary field, in addition to discussing the latest developments in the region.
Tarawneh will also hold a press conference at 12:00 midday with his Turkish counterpart.
The speaker of the Turkish parliament will also meet with Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, Senate President Abdul Raouf Rawabdeh as well as other senior Jordanian officials.
