came to an end on Saturday as they were beaten 2-1 at Newcastle, according to dpa.
Papiss Cisse scored both goals in the second half and though Didier
Drogba pulled one back after Steven Taylor had been sent off,
Newcastle hung on to move up to seventh.
Chelsa remain six points clear at the top but that lead could be cut
to three points if Manchester City beat Everton later on Saturday.
