Blockade of eastern Ukraine must end, Putin says

(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency)  Russian President Vladimir Putin called Saturday for
an end to a blockade of conflict-torn eastern Ukraine, arguing that
if the Ukrainian government isolates the region economically, it will
be difficult to re-establish the country's territorial integrity, dpa reported.

The Russian-speaking population of the provinces of Donetsk and
Lugansk have said they are receiving no social services or pension
payments.
