(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon strongly condemned on Thursday the terrorist attacks in Grozny, Russian Federation.
Ban reiterated in a statement that there can be no justification for acts of terror.
The UN chief sent his deepest condolences to the families of the victims of these heinous acts, as well as to the Government and people of the Russian Federation.
He also wished a speedy recovery to those injured, the statement added.
