Saudi Marafiq signs USD666m deal


(MENAFN) Marafiq, a utility services provider to two industrial cities in Saudi Arabia, announced it has signed a USD666 million deal for a loan which will be partly be used to expand capacities in its existing projects, Arab News reported.

The company, which has Saudi Basic Industries Corp. and Saudi Aramco as its major shareholders, will be using the funds for its plans to expand its capacity in different projects located in Jubail and Yanbu Industrial cities.

Marafiq said that this deal will enable it to provide better services for the Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities as they proceed with their development plans, which will ultimately benefit the kingdom's economy.
