(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Algerian President Abdulaziz Bouteflika held talks with visiting Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi Tuesday on a host of issues of mutual interest, and means of boosting bilateral ties.
The meeting took place at the Presidential Palace in Algiers and attended by senior officials from the two parties, an official statement said.
The brief statement said Renzi was paying a state visit to Algeria at the invitation of Bouteflika.
