Lebanese Army Arrests Four Syrians
(MENAFN- QNA) The Lebanese army said it arrested four Syrians suspected of having connections with terrorist organizations.
In a statement issued today the army said as part of pursuit of wanted persons, an army force stormed areas on the Al-Jadida-Beirut highway arresting four persons suspected of having relations with terrorist organizations and for their presence in the Lebanese territories without legal documents.
The statement added that six Lebanese suspects and a person carrying the Australian nationality were also arrested in Al-Kora area in northern Lebanon and were handed over to the competent authorities.
