Oman Welcomes Saudi King's Statement

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Muscat November 20 (QNA) - The Sultanate of Oman on Thursday welcomed the statement made by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia through a statement issued Wednesday by the Saudi Royal Court which called for ending all causes of passing differences and turning a new page to push the process of joint GCC and Arab action.



Omani Foreign Ministry noted in a statement carried by Oman News Agency to the importance of what came in King Abdullah's statement which included important principles expressing hope that this appeal will form a strong drive towards Arab unity and put aside their differences in order to preserve security and stability in the region and meet the hopes and aspirations of the peoples of the Arab and Islamic countries.
