German unemployment decreases more than expected in Nov


(MENAFN) German unemployment rate drops in November as the labor market continues to sign weak growth, according to local media, AFP reported.

The Federal Labor Office showed that the number of people registered as unemployed in Europe's biggest decrease by a seasonally-adjusted 14,000 in November, up 1,000 than analysts expected this month.

The unemployment rate stood at 6.6 percent in seasonally adjusted terms, the office calculated.

The last month's jobless rate had been revised downwards slightly from 6.7 percent.
