Kuwait's Mabanee to invest USD910m on project


(MENAFN) Mabanee, the Kuwaiti real estate firm, announced it is planning to spend USD910 million on building the fourth phase of its development of The Avenues mall, Arabian Business reported.

The company said that the total cost of the project, including the fourth phase, has accumulated to reach USD 2.09 billion, which resulted in making the Avenue the largest shopping mall in Kuwait, with it currently having over 800 stores.

Mabanee also announced that its subsidiary, Al Rai Real Estate Company, has signed a three-year construction contract with Al Ahmadiya General Trading and Contracting Co worth USD390.87 million for the construction work related to the fourth phase of development.
