Kuwait: 5,000 Viagra Pills For Personal Use: Man


(MENAFN- Arab Times) An Egyptian expatriate was arrested at Kuwait International Airport for attempting to smuggle 5,000 Viagra pills into the country, reports Al- Shahed daily. Airport customs officers found the pills when they inspected his luggage. During interrogations, he said the pills were for his personal use. He was referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.

4 held with drugs: Three Jordanians and an Egyptian were arrested for possessing drugs, reports Al-Rai daily. Securitymen were patrolling Maidan Hawally area when they stopped a vehicle with four occupants for checking and found marijuana in their possession. They were arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.

Spoilt cheese seized: The emergency team from Jahra Municipality confiscated 1,008 kilograms of cheese from Sulaibiya warehouses as they were found unfit for human consumption, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The Public Relations Department said such campaigns will continue roundthe- clock as instructed by the minister, and municipality director.
