(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia's Abdullah Abdul Mohsin Al Khodari and Sons announced it is planning to raise its capital by USD133 million as parts of its plan to expand its business, Gulf Business reported.
The builder said that the plan to increase its capital as well as its expansion plans will require the approval of regulators and its shareholders.
Al Khodari also said that the expansion has been well thought of by the company after it has well established itself in the Saudi market and after the company registered an increase in its net profit by 23.1 percent during the July-September period as well as an increase in its revenue.
