Kuwait- Zain Participates In 'The Myths Of Creativity' Seminar


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced its participation in a seminar as part of 'Knowledge Club', which the company partners with in line with its continuous 'Zain Knowledge Conference 2014' initiative that aims at the further development of the company's employees.


Zain explained in a press statement that a number of the company's employees participated in the seminar, entitled 'The Myths of Creativity', which mainly discussed topics related to the various myths people apply to encourage creativity within themselves and the environment around them.

Zain stressed that its lead partnership of 'Knowledge Club 2014', which started since the beginning of the year, comes in line with the company's Human Resources development strategy. Zain was keen to reserve a number of exclusive seats for its own employees throughout the year for them to attend the workshops and seminars the club organizes, as part of its continuous 'Zain Knowledge Conference 2014' initiative.

The seminar was lectured by the author of the Myths of Creativity book, David Burkus, who highlighted the reasons behind coming out with unoriginal ideas when aiming to be creative. Burkus also shed light on the importance of teamwork in inspiring creativity, and how to generate new ideas by combining great ideas of the past and merging them with the power of brainstorming.

Zain's executive management is keen on finding and providing the best development programs to its human resources, with the aim to raise their skills up to international standards. The company will continue to invite the most renowned international speakers and innovative thinkers to share their experiences with its employees.
