(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia congratulated Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa for the success of his country's recent parliamentary and municipal elections, official media said Monday.
In a congratulatory cable, King Abdullah said that elections in Bahrain reflect depth of consolidation between the country's leadership and the people in all their segments, adding that it also affirms genuineness of the Bahraini people, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Saudi leader also praised his Bahraini counterpart for sponsoring the elections under the framework a royal reformation project for the country, making a definite progress in Bahrain's march.
