The Power Shop Features Off Grid Solar Panels and More

(MENAFNEditorial)

Despite solar power being a relatively recent phenomenon in Australia The Power Shop has been promoting the use of solar panels and other devices to generate renewable energy for two decades. With a range of services from solar panel systems to portable generators they continue to provide high-quality methods for green energy.

The family-owned business has been operating since 1994 and has grown along with the attention to the issues of conservation and climate change. Their off grid solar panels and other products are all installed by technicians with Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation. The firm itself has both CEC and national accreditation with the former for energy auditing.

Solar Power Rockhampton

The firm based in North Rockhampton Queensland believes that energy efficiency low carbon emission and renewable energy will help mitigate the effects of greenhouse gas emissions. As of the moment their featured product is the Rheem Hot Water system.

Rheem is the biggest appliance manufacturer in Australia whose water heaters have played a big part in helping the country's transition to more energy-efficient environmentally friendly solutions. The focus primarily on the TBT series collector which boasts a high-performance design that allows for collection of higher levels of solar energy.

This partnership then helps ensure the quality of the product as well as the service. It also adheres to the Power Shop's two-fold mission: to help their clients be more energy efficient and save money. This can even be seen in their motto “We've got the power to help you save!”

To that end there are a number of other services as mentioned above.  Solar air-conditioning for instance is another service they offer.

In conventional air conditioning the refrigerant needs to be hotter than the outside air. The heat from the machine then flows outside since heat flows from hot to cold. That's how an air conditioner cools a room.

What solar air-conditioning does then is use solar energy to heat the refrigerant taking some of the load off the air conditioning unit and helping it use less electricity. This is perfect for people living in particularly warmer areas.

If you're concerned about how long a standard installation takes you can rest assured. The firm's highly-trained installers can typically complete the process in less than a day. The actual length of time will depend on a number of factors but again you can expect it to be finished fairly quickly.

As to any paperwork you'd need the firm will submit them for you once the installation has been completed.
