(MENAFN- QNA) The 36th meeting of the GCC Undersecretaries of Social Affairs opened in Kuwait Sunday.
The meeting will focus on several topics related to social welfare and social care development, and the preparation of laws that promote the social status of the GCC countries.
It will also address problems facing the social affairs sector in the GCC region.
Kuwait will also host a meeting for GCC Undersecretaries for Labor on Monday, to be followed up by the 31st meetings for GCC Ministers for Social Affairs and Labor next Tuesday.
