(MENAFN- Arab Times) Jleeb Shuyoukh securitymen apprehended an Asian man for trafficking in local brew. He was referred to concerned authorities, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. Sources said the suspect tried to ran away on foot when the police approached him but they chased and arrested him in possession of 200 bottles of local alcohol.
Meanwhile, securitymen arrested a Bedoun for consuming and trading in alcohol, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. The Bedoun was nabbed on a street in Salmiya area for driving in a reckless manner and the officers found 5 bottles of imported alcohol plus KD 1,000 cash in his possession. He appeared to be highly intoxicated at the time of arrest.
