(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unknown youth has been detained for possessing handcuffs that are used by securitymen, reports Al-Shahed daily. According to a security source, the youth was playing with the handcuffs and had closed it by mistake around his ankle. However, he was unable to open it because he did not have the key.
He sought help from a fire station where police officers were eventually summoned. They referred him to the police station where the handcuffs were released. They have launched interrogations to figure out from where he obtained the handcuffs.
