(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti citizen in his 40s mistook a black garbage bag lying on Shuwaikh beach for a dead whale, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from the Kuwaiti citizen about a dead whale on the beach in Shuwaikh area, securitymen rushed to the location to discover it was merely a black garbage bag. After realizing that he was not disoriented, securitymen released him.
