Turkey Unemployment Rate Rises to more than 10 percent
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Turkey's unemployment rate has risen to 10.1 percent in August, up from 9.8 percent the previous month, government agency Turkstat reported Monday.
The jobless levels were the highest in six months.
Economic expansion slowed to 2.1 percent in the second-quarter, down from 4.7 percent in the previous three-month period.
