Rolls Royce plans to expand in Saudi market


(MENAFN) Rolls Royce announced it is planning to expand its market in Saudi Arabia, due to the kingdom continuous domination of the car market in the Middle East, Saudi Gazette reported.

Rolls Royce said the Saudi market, which is one of their key markets in the Middle East, has become one of the top 3 markets in the region for the car manufacturer, with the market witnessing the biggest growth in terms of sales within the Middle East region, recording a growth of 32 percent this year.

The car manufacturer said that their expansion plans include inaugurating a new showroom in Dammam as well as entering the markets of Nigeria, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, which follows them opening of their first showroom in Lebanon last year as well as in some of the major cities in Latin America.

"We have generated excellent figures on the global level, and achieved a growth of almost 40% over last year in the first quarter of 2014," Chief Executive Officer at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. said.
