Qatar- Red Bull Flying Bach World Tour returns

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Red Bull Flying Bach World Tour returns to Doha for a one-night show at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) on Saturday at 8pm.

With their fascinating performance, four-time breakdancing world champions 'Flying Steps' and opera Director Christoph Hagel prove that Bach and breakdance fit. The show has amazed more than 300,000 people around the world.

The creative performance visualises and revives Johann Sebastian Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier crossing the borders of serious music and youth culture.

It features head spins, power moves and freezes with visuals and a storyline in the 70-minute performance.

Since 1993, Flying Steps have been well known for their successful musical projects and top-class performances on big stages around the world.

For their first own production, Red Bull Flying Bach have been awarded the ECHO Klassik Sonderpreis 2010 for outstanding achievements in classical music.

The Well-Tempered Clavier is regarded as one of the most important works in the history of classical music and the most influential pantonal composition.

German Conductor Hans von Bülow called it the "Old Testament for piano players".

Tickets are available at Virgin Megastores and Virgin Ticketing.
