Qatar Stock Index Rises Slightly

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha November 04 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index went up slightly by 18.70 points (+0.14%) when the bourse closed at 13799.29 points Tuesday.

The traded value dropped to QR 495.839 Million from QR 663.364 Million on Monday.

The traded volume today dropped to 11374078 shares from 5550 transactions today compared to 12121393 shares from 6414 transactions on Monday.

The market capitalization today increased to QR 744.895 Billion from QR 743.040 Billion registered Monday.

All indices ended in the green zone today barring telecoms which dropped -0.73% when it closed the day at 1565.44 points.

Transport index gained the most today up +0.88% to 2392.31 points followed by consumer goods and services index up +0.39% to 7313.74 points while real estate recovered today up +0.18% to 2754.71 points.

From the 43 listed companies 23 gained 17 declined and three remained unchanged. (QNA)
