Emirate Airlines resumes its Arbil service

(MENAFN) Emirates airline announced that it will resume flights to Arbil in Iraqi Kurdistan starting November 16 after suspending the service for three months due to operational reasons, Gulf News reported.

Emirates said that it is planning to resume its two weekly flights to Arbil, which will be served by an A330-200 aircraft, as well as plans to increase its service to four flights a week, beginning from 4 December 2014.

Despite maintaining its flights to Baghdad and Basra, Emirates made the decision to suspend its flights to Arbil last August.
