Lebanese Army Arrests Two Leaders of Terrorist Groups

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Beirut November 13 (QNA) - The Lebanese army announced in a communique on Thursday that it arrested the terrorists Ayman Abdel Hamid Mhaish and Oussama Yahya Bakhash.

The communique carried by National News Agency (NNA) added that Mhaish led a "terrorist" group that tried on 25/10/2014 to kidnap militants on Bhannine bridge and fired a missile on a military vehicle when its members interfered to rescue the said soldiers injuring a number of them clarifying that most of the said terrorist group members were detained.

The communique also mentioned that Oussama Yahya Bakhash headed a terrorist group that set an ambush on 26/10/2014 to a military vehicle on Bhannine Bridge killing 2 officers a noncommissioned officer and a soldier. (QNA)
